5. Sharing

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you, including our hosting provider, our database and email infrastructure provider, and our outbound email provider. These providers process data on our instructions under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on contractual safeguards offered by those providers and select vendors with recognised security and privacy practices.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@binate.in.

9. Cookies and analytics

binate.in does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent.
